This course explores sales management both from the perspective of managing your own sales, leads, and conversion rates, as well as the managerial implications of managing a team of sales people. Explore product knowledge, building rapport, closing techniques, CPL, upselling, referral programs, and more. Students learn to be self-motivated, how to deal with rejection, and how to develop their own leads.
