Daljeet Kaur of Malton and Nandini Jaikarran of Brampton hired during the career fair of yesterday!! Cassandra Miller, manager at Compassionate care Services interviewed the graduates and Students at Brampton Campus during the recent career fair organised by the placement cell of the college. Daljeet Kaur of Malton and Nandini Jaikarran of Brampton were among few others who were screened on the day of the fair and were selected. They undertook diploma in Personal Support Worker at CIMT College and finished her program of study earlier this year. Personal support workers take up a co-op with the long-term care facilities and retirement homes during the course of their study as a mandatory requirement. These students are invited to attend the on-campus career fairs which are scheduled every other month.
Graduates in all fields of study, be it technology, healthcare, business have benefitted from the placement cell, not only in the form of being offered the relevant opportunities through regular recruitment and career fairs, but also by being introduced to the employers directly.
