Amandeep Kaur a recent PSW graduate at CIMT College was hired during the career fair organized at the Campus last week!! The HR team of Home Instead Senior Care interviewed the graduates and Students. There was a lot of excitement amongst the students. The screening of the graduates and students was done at the campus and the second set of interviews was conducted at their home instead senior care office. Amandeep was offered the position as the personal support worker in their team. All the Personal support workers take up a co-op with the long-term care facilities and retirement homes during the course of their study as a mandatory requirement.
Graduates in all fields of study, be it technology, healthcare, business have benefitted from the placement cell, not only in the form of being offered the relevant opportunities through regular recruitment and career fairs, but also by being introduced to the employers directly. Canadian Institute of Management and Technology is a recognized Private Career College and offers occupation based training in the field of technology, healthcare, business studies, accounts and administration.
