CIMT College is proud to announce we have two new campus locations! We welcome our partner college called “Grand Health Academy,” with its two campuses in the downtown area of Hamilton. In January 2020, CIMT College’s parent company acquired Grand Health Academy (GHA) as we continue our expansion in Ontario and to broaden our program offerings. GHA, with its focus on healthcare training, started operations in 1992. In the last 28 years, GHA has become an educational leader in the healthcare field producing highly skilled certified professionals.
The two new Hamilton Campuses, located on Concession Street and King Street, offer a variety of diploma and certificate programs and short-courses.
The Concession Street Campus offers the following programs:
- Early Childcare Assistant
- Food Service Worker
- Personal Support Worker
- Personal Support Worker Bridging
- Pharmacy Assistant
- Physiotherapist/Rehabilitation Assistant
The King Street Campus offers the following programs:
- Food Service Worker
- Personal Support Worker
- Physiotherapist/Rehabilitation Assistant
GHA stands out from other colleges in the vicinity because of its singular focus on quality education and the high employment rate of our graduates. GHA has partnered with a number of facilities in Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Brantford, Kitchener and Cambridge to increase placement opportunity for its students.
Recently, the GHAConcession Street Campus has been renovated and expanded to meet the growing student population. Along with physical changes, the management of GHA has invested heavily in IT infrastructure and systems to integrate operations with CIMT College. During the transition, a focused effort has been made to integrate, improve and establish processes and systems at GHA to meet growing and changing demands of prospective students.
