Spring brought cheer to the faces of many fresh graduates of the PSW program of CIMT College today as they attended a Career Fair at its Malton- Mississauga Campus. The Career Fair was organized in collaboration with Carepartners and AGTA Home Health Care, which are leading organizations, providing community health care in and around the GTA. The fair took off with a brief introduction about Carepartners by Preeti Bhushan and Susan, who were there to hire Personal Support Workers covering their two locations which serve Brampton, Malton, Mississauga, Oakville and its neighbouring areas. The graduates came to know about their areas of service, expectations from work, salary, timings and other aspects of their career path. Followed by this, they were introduced to AGTA Home Health Care by Kim Minhas, who interviewed graduates for hiring by AGTA Home Health Care. The graduates of CIMT College were very enthusiastic and well prepared for their interviews which went on till late afternoon. Many of them were shortlisted by both Carepartners and AGTA Home Health Care and will be confirmed soon about their employment.
