QuickBooks, Sage 50 (Simply Accounting) - Introduces students to the implementation of computerized accounting software packages, recording of accounting transactions, development of financial statements, as well as creating an appropriate accounting system using a business database. It also introduces students to the use of both accounting software Sage 50 and QuickBooks to complete an entire accounting cycle.
Income Tax - Corporate - This Taxation course will teach you to do your own tax return with confidence, plan tax strategies that save you money, keep up-to-date on new tax changes, help others prepare their tax returns, minimize your tax liability, find answers to your tax questions and determine which deductions and credits apply to you. Students receive an introduction to corporate income tax including Corporations, Partnerships and Joint Ventures, as well as Acquisitions and Divestitures.
