In this workshop, participants will examine the practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support managers and team leaders in planning, communication, decision support, task coordination, reporting, and team productivity. Participants will explore AI-assisted leadership communication, workflow organization, performance documentation, meeting support, employee support activities, and responsible AI oversight. Emphasis is placed on using AI tools professionally, ethically, and effectively to improve team efficiency while maintaining accountability, confidentiality, and sound managerial judgment.
