Project Management

This course introduces students to a wide variety of project management subjects. It is designed to give students a basic working knowledge of project management terminology and concepts. Students learn to understand what makes something a Project, and the skills required to become an effective Project Manager. They explore the project life cycle and knowledge areas, stakeholders, and the triple constraint of all projects: scope, time, and cost.
