FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
1. What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 2:00 PM sharp. We encourage everyone to be on time as there’s a lot scheduled and the ceremony will begin promptly.
2. Do I need to bring physical tickets?
No, physical tickets are not required. You may show your digital ticket on your mobile device at the entrance.
3. Can I bring an additional guest and pay for the ticket on the same day?
Yes, you may bring an additional guest, however, it depends on ticket availability at the venue.
4. Do I need to pay extra for graduation photos?
Yes, there is a $10 sitting fee for professional graduation photos. All other event photos taken during the ceremony will be shared on CIMT College’s website and social media pages after the event.
5. When and where can I collect my graduation gown?
You can collect your gown, cap, and tassel at the venue starting at 2:00 PM on the day of the event.
6. Will the event be streamed online? Where can I get the link to share with family and friends?
Yes, the convocation will be streamed live on YouTube. A streaming link will be emailed to all students prior to the event, so you can easily share it with family and friends.
