CANADIAN STUDENT PAYMENT METHODS

Fee payment is accepted in many ways:

In Person at any of our campuses using any method below, and Credit Card, Interac or cash.
By E-Transfer, Sending payment to payment@cimtcollege.com mentioning your Student ID and Full Name. Please email your e transfer receipt to students@cimtcollege.com for payment confirmation.
By Mail through certified cheque, money order, or bank draft, payable to Canadian Institute of Management and Technology.
By Email using Visa or MasterCard.
- Step One: Complete the Credit Card Authorization Form. Click here to Download the Form
- Step Two: Email the completed form to int.admissions@cimtcollege.com along with scans of the following documents:
  1. Front and back sides of the specified Credit Card (the Credit Card’s signature box must contain the card holder’s signature).
  2. A government issued Photo ID of the card holder which also contains the card holder’s signature.

By Bank Transfer: provide the following information to your bank:

A Note about Timelines for Receipt of Payment

Please take processing time for receipt of payment into account when you are choosing your method of payment. CIMT College will process a Letter of Acceptance within 2 business days only after (i) all documents are received (ii) your payment is confirmed by our bank in our country. Even when you provide a payment confirmation from your country, our bank still needs the following processing time to confirm on our side:

A wire transfer can take up to 10 business days for payment to be confirmed by our bank
Paypal takes up to 5 business days for payment to be confirmed
Visa or Mastercard is generally within hours; however, if it is an international credit card, for certain countries, there can be delays

TIP: If timing is urgent for you, we recommend paying by credit card, as this is the fastest turnaround time.

Option One: Pay using CIBC - CIMT College International Student Pay - Five Steps

Timeline - For Credit/Debit card transactions, it takes 1-2 days to transfer funds. For Wire Transfers, it takes an average of 2-3 days to transfer funds from your local bank

Step One:	Visit https://pay.cibc.com/cit
Step Two:	Specify the amount to be paid in CAD$ and the other options that apply to you
Step Three:	Select a payment mode from the following (each mode will let you know the exact converted amount to be paid in your local currency): Wire Transfer Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) Debit Card (Visa/MasterCard)
Step Four:	Enter student, payer and bank account/credit card/debit card details
Step Five:	In case of payment by Credit or Debit card, proceed with charging your card for the amount specified in your local currency. In case of payment by Wire Transfer, generate a document giving instructions on how to make a bank transfer for the payment amount in your local currency, to CIBC's local bank account in your home country. Since you would be paying into a local bank account using your local currency, you can conveniently use online banking channels in your home country to make this transfer.

If using the Wire Transfer mode, pay by visiting your bank or through online banking
In case of choosing Wire Transfer as the payment mode, you'll receive detailed instructions and a reference code to deliver to your bank to make a transfer to CIBC's local account in your home country. You can also conveniently make this transfer yourself using online banking channels without visiting your bank branch.

End-to-End Communication
Once you have initiated the payment you will receive status updates until your payment is complete, and you can also conveniently check the status of your payment online at any time.

Option Two: Pay using E-Transfer – Two Steps

Timeline: Authorization is generally within hours

Step One:	Pay using E-Transfer by sending the Fee to payment@cimtcollege.com (Mention the Student ID, Name of the Student and the Name of the Person making the Payment in the Description Box provided).
Step Two:	Please email your E transfer Receipt/Screenshot to int.admissions@cimtcollege.com for confirmation purposes. This option can be used if the student has a friend/relative/associate in Canada and is willing to make a payment on your behalf.

Option Three: Pay by Wire Transfer – Three Steps

Timeline: Electronic wire transfers may take up to 10 business days before they are received by CIMT College.

Step One:

Make the wire transfer payment at your bank, and keep a copy of your receipt for proof of payment. The following information must be provided to your bank:
